Day 1 - Friday Mazatlan / Durango

Departure from Mazatlan at 1400hrs to Durango (4hrs driving time new highway), evening arrival to the hotel, free night.

0800 hrs Breakfast in your hotel, tour of the colonial historic down town area walking (2hrs) , visiting our beautiful Cathedral, and many more very interesting  colonial buildings and Museums, after which we will transfer for lunch to the Villa del Oeste  (old western movie set) where we will eat (light lunch) at an old western bar, watch a cowboy show, and  ride horses (not included in the price) or visit the old western movie set where many movies have been filmed. Back at our hotel by 5 pm , dinner at your own expense, hotel night.

Breakfast at your hotel, after which we will transfer to the Historic Downtown and visit the Pancho Villa museum, included art shops and a traditional Mexican food tasting. After lunch we board our transport and continue our journey back to Mazatlan (4 hrs driving)

one small suitcase, light jacket for daylight hours and heavy coat for the evening, comfortable walking shoes, camara and binoculars for some occasional bird watching at Villas del Oeste
